This pre-owned Rolex Cellini 6623/8 dates from 2006 and is in very good, unpolished condition. It has a 37mm 18 ct yellow gold case, a mother of pearl dial, fitted to a leather strap. It comes double boxed with its box and papers, and the size is listed as Adjustable leather strap with fold over clasp.
About the Rolex Cellini 6623/8
The Cellini was Rolex's dress watch line, named after the Renaissance goldsmith Benvenuto Cellini and made almost entirely in precious metals. Older Cellini models like this one are smaller and often made in solid gold. Rolex has since retired the line in favour of the Perpetual 1908, which has made good Cellini examples more interesting to collectors.
