Our 14-day watch return policy
Our watch return policy is simple: you can return a watch within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The watch must be unworn and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- It must be returned with everything it came with, including box, papers, tags and accessories.
- Any protective stickers or seals must be intact.
How to return a watch
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to tell us you want to return the watch.
- We confirm the return and tell you how to ship it to us safely.
- Once the watch arrives and we have checked its condition, we process your refund.
Please do not send a watch back without contacting us first, so we can make sure it is shipped and insured correctly.

We confirm the refund amount and method with you when we accept the return.
