You can buy luxury watches online from The Dial Society, but not through an automatic checkout. We sell by enquiry, which lets us confirm availability and the full delivered price with you personally before you commit, because some pieces have a wait list.

How to buy luxury watches online in five steps
1. Find a watch
Browse the collection and open any watch to see its photos, price and details.
2. Send an enquiry
Use the enquiry form on the watch's page, call +1 279 212 5310 or email sales@thediallsociety.com. We will confirm whether the watch is available or tell you where you stand on the wait list.
3. Receive your invoice
Once you decide to buy, we send an invoice confirming the watch, the final price, shipping and, for international orders, any duties and taxes.
4. Pay
Pay by cryptocurrency (our preferred method), bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee. See Payment.
5. Delivery
Shipping is free and insured within the United States. We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. See Shipping.
What every listing tells you
Each watch page shows the reference number, the year on the warranty card where we have it, the case size and material, the dial, and exactly what comes in the set, such as the box, papers, tags and spare links. We photograph the watch you will receive rather than using stock images. If you would like more photos or a short video before deciding, ask in your enquiry and we will send them.
Before any watch is listed, we check that the serial number, warranty card and other documents match. If something does not line up, we do not sell the watch.
Buying from outside the United States
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, countries across Europe and Australia. Import duties and taxes depend on your country and the value of the watch, so we quote them on your invoice before you pay rather than leaving you to discover them at delivery. For background on how imports are taxed, see the official guidance from the Canada Border Services Agency or the Australian Border Force. Read more on our shipping page.

Why we sell luxury watches online by enquiry
Prices for the most wanted references move quickly, and international orders carry shipping, duties and taxes that depend on where you live. Talking to you first means the price on your invoice is the price you pay, with no surprises at delivery. It also lets us answer questions about condition, papers and service history before you decide. Start with Rolex, Patek Philippe or Audemars Piguet, or ask us to find a specific watch.
