About the Rolex Datejust 126231
The Datejust, introduced in 1945, was the first self-winding wristwatch to show the date in a window on the dial, later magnified by the Cyclops lens. This is a current-generation Datejust 36, with the calibre 3235 movement and a 70-hour power reserve.
